Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of international B2B exports, Chandra Global Ventures LLP adheres to a strict policy regarding cancellations and returns.
Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered the processing or manufacturing stage. No custom orders can be cancelled once processing or manufacturing has commenced.
Refunds and Returns: No returns or refunds are allowed once the order has been dispatched.
Exceptions: In the highly unlikely event that a shipment is demonstrably incorrect based on the agreed-upon invoice, claims must be submitted to chandraglobalventuresllp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
